Mr. Robert Churchill is the Director of Clinical Operations of Trumpet Behavioral Health’s California North Bay Division. He earned his Master of Science degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Robert has published several studies related to problem behaviors and persons with disabilities and has served as a guest reviewer for the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Robert has provided behavior analysis services in a variety of settings, including private homes, group homes, clinics, adult workshops, special education classrooms and developmental centers. Throughout his career Robert has held many leadership positions such as Senior Behavior Analyst for Florida’s state-wide foster care initiative serving Miami and the Florida Keys and Executive Director for a leading California Adult Residential Services agency.

Robert has worked with a variety of populations including children and adults with autism, mental retardation, dual diagnoses as well as typically developing adolescents. His areas of specialization include the analysis and treatment of problem behaviors, curriculum development, parent/teacher training for children with autism and related disabilities and analysis of verbal behavior.

Christy Shea ABA Therapy for AutismChristy Shea

Christy Shea is a Senior Behavioral Consultant in Santa Rosa, California. She has been employed by BCRC since 1999. She began working as a temporary support assistant (TSA) and then spent eight years as a behavioral consultant supporting students with special needs in the full inclusion school setting. She greatly enjoys her work developing and implementing behavioral programs for children with special needs. Along with supervising a small client caseload, Christy now also provides consultation for other behavioral consultants and clinical supervision for MFT interns within the TBH Company. Last year, Christy joined the business development team in the North Bay in an effort to further expand the services TBH offers to the local community.

Christy received her BA degree in psychology in 1998 from Sonoma State University. She went on to receive her Masters in counseling degree in 2002. In 2006 she received her Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) license. Along with her work at BCRC, she also has a private therapy practice in Santa Rosa, California. Her therapy practice specializes in couples/marital work and parent training for families with special needs and/or children with behavioral challenges.
Rich Woldemar
Behavioral Consultant

From his very first interaction with disadvantaged youth Rich knew he wanted to spend his life working with children Rich was initially introduced to behavior analysis through his association with the Boy’s and Girl’s Town Model of residential services. Rich completed undergraduate degrees in English and Psychology from Sonoma State University, and later entered their Special Education Credentialing program. After thoroughly enjoying his work with an Applied Behavior Analysis agency Rich decided to get his Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University. Rich began working with Trumpet Behavioral Health in May 2011, as a Behavioral Consultant and Clinical Supervisor for their office in Mendocino and Lake Counties. He is currently completing his clinical supervision hours and hopes to sit for the BACB exam soon. Rich is happily married and has two wonderful children, ages 7 and 16-months.
Rachael Werning
Associate Behavior Consultant
MEd


Rachael  received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Cal State University San Bernardino. She began working for Behavioral Counseling & Research Center (BCRC) in 2006 as a skills trainer to children with ASD.  Through this work, she discovered her passion for working with children with special needs and endeavored to learn all she could from the clinical staff that supervised her work. Rachael now holds a Master’s in Education degree with an emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorder.  Rachael enjoys positive team collaboration in order to develop creative research driven solutions in the classroom and community.
